Creating a Template
Templates help streamline and speed up the process of creating MMR and QC Specification documents.
To create a new template, select the Form Builder module under Documents from the horizontal menu.
If you've already created the sections you need to create the template, ensure that you are on the Templates tab, then click the + Add button in the top right corner.
- If you need to create sections to include in your template, do that first under the Sections tab.
Under Create a Template, enter a name for the template, and a description, if desired.
Select the type of template you are creating.
Begin creating your template by clicking the + Add button.
Select all sections that you want to appear in your form.
- Note: Formula and Yield sections are required for each MMR.
Click Save.
You will now see all of the sections you added listed under the Sections heading.
Click, hold, and drag a section card to change its order in the list. To delete a section, hover over the section card, then click the trash can icon. To add additional sections, click the + Add button again.
Once you've added and arranged all desired sections, click the Save button. Your new template will now be visible in the template list.
