Setting up Sanitation & Maintenance Logs

Easily set up and access cleaning and maintenance logs with this module.

To add a new log task, select the Quality Dashboard module under Quality from the horizontal menu, then navigate to the Sanitation & Maintenance tab.

Click the + Create Log button.

Enter a name for the log in the Template Name field.

Select the frequency at which the activity should be performed. Click the dropdown under Frequency, then select Custom. Select the dropdown under Every, and select a number. Select a timeframe under the Time field to indicate whether the duration number represents Days, Weeks, Months, or Years.

Enter the location where the activity should be performed, or the equipment to sanitize or perform maintenance on, in the Location/Piece of Equipment field.

Click the Save button. The log template will now appear in the Sanitation & Maintenance list view on the Quality Dashboard.
