Adding an MMR

An MMR, or a Master Manufacturing Record, is a document that contains the instructions for the production and packaging of a finished product. To create a new MMR, select the MMRs module under Products from the horizontal menu.
Click the + Add button in the top right corner.

Select MMR Template
- Choose a template from your catalog for the type of MMR you want to create.
- You can browse through the pages to find your desired template, or you can click the Search icon in the heading columns to search by ID or Name.
- You can also sort column data by ascending or descending order, click the up/down arrow icon in the column heading.
- Once you have selected your desired template, click the Select button.
- If you need to create a new template for an MMR, go to Documents > Form Builder.
- From the Templates tab, click + Add.
- Enter a name for the template in the Name field. You can also add a description to make the template easier to find later.
- In the Type field, ensure that the radio button next to MMR is selected.
- To add preexisting sections to the template, click the + Add button. Click the checkbox next to any sections that you want to appear in your form, then click Save.
- Once saved, your new template will be viewable in the MMR module and can be managed and edited at any time from the Form Builder module.

Review & Approve Each Section
Your selected template will display step by step, so you can review and approve each section.
To jump to a different section, click the section name from the list at the top.
In the last section of the document, an Admin or QC-level user can click the Complete button to approve the MMR after reviewing. For all other user levels, this option will be grayed out.
