Managing MMRs

managing mmrs to manage existing mmrs (master manufacturing records), select the mmrs module under products from the horizontal menu from this view, you can see a complete list of all your mmrs search, sort & filter search for an mmr by mmr #, name or sku by clicking the search icon next to the respective column heading to show any column data in ascending or descending order, click the sort icon to the right of the column heading to filter by status, click the filter icon to the right of the status column heading, then click the checkboxes next to the template types you want to view, including active, in progress, or archived for mmrs that are in progress, a button labeled continue mmr will display in the respective row click this button to continue editing an mmr to clear any of these search, sort, or filter functions, click on the icon again, then click reset preview to preview an mmr in pdf format, click the down arrow under the actions column, then click preview copy to copy an mmr template, click the down arrow under the actions column, then click copy this will create a duplicate of the mmr template that will now appear in the list, titled template name duplicate unlock to unlock an mmr template, click the down arrow under the actions column, then click unlock unlocking the template will make it editable by default, only admin and qc access level users will be able to unlock a template to allow other user types to unlock templates, visit settings > account setup > users controls archive to remove a template from the list, click archive only unlocked templates can be archived
