Customer Portal Access

Choose Settings from the main navigation, then select Customer Portal Access from the left side navigation panel.

In this section, you can view a list of all customers who have access to the portal.

Search, Sort, & Filter

Search for a customer by Company Name, Contact Name, Email, or Phone Number by clicking the Search icon next to the respective column heading.

To show column data in ascending or descending order, click the Sort icon to the right of the column heading.

You can also filter by access permissions by clicking the Filter icon in the Access column heading. Check Yes or No from the dropdown list, then click OK to update the results. To clear the filter and restore the full list of sections, click the Filter icon again, then click Reset.

Access

To change a customer's access to the portal, click the toggle in the Access column. If the toggle appears blue with a view icon, the customer has access to the portal. If the toggle appears gray with a no-view icon, the customer does not have access to the portal.
