Inventory Statuses

Each of these status overviews shows the number of inventory items with that particular status type.

In Stock: Includes items that are currently present and available within the inventory.

Available: Includes items that are both in stock and ready for use or sale. It takes into account any reservations or allocations and represents the quantity of items that can be immediately accessed or shipped.

On Order: Includes items that have been ordered from the supplier, but have not yet been received in the inventory. This status helps track pending deliveries and expected restocks.

To Purchase: Includes items that need replenishment. This status signals that a procurement process is required to obtain additional stock.

On Hold: Includes items that are temporarily reserved or set aside for a specific purpose, such as pending quality checks, customer reservations, or other considerations. These items are not readily available for regular use or sale until the hold is released.

Quarantined: Includes items that are suspected of being defective, contaminated, or otherwise compromised. These items are isolated from the rest of the inventory pending further inspection, testing, or resolution of quality issues.

Click on any of these buttons to filter the inventory to display only inventory with that particular status.
