Access Levels

You can give users access to chosen modules, or restrict certain user levels from accessing modules, in this section.

By default, the user types of Admin, QC, Production, Production Lead, and Warehouse are included in this section. To see whether a user type has access to a module, click the > Expand icon next to the module. If a user type has access, the box in the corresponding column will read Enabled. If a user type does not have access to the module, the box will read Disabled. If a user can only view a module, without permission to edit or modify the module, the box will read View Only.

To change the permission for a user, click on the Status box in the column, then select the desired access level from the dropdown.

To assign or change permissions for particular elements within a module, click the > Expand icon next to the sub-module. This will display user access levels for all elements within a sub-module. Change these permissions by clicking on the Status box in the column, then select the desired access level from the dropdown.

Custom Roles

To add a custom user type, click +Add Custom Role. Enter the Role Title into the text field, then click the Save button. The new custom role will now appear as an additional column in your access level list.

Click the Save button to save changes.
