Adding Supplier Quality Information

adding supplier quality information for each of your suppliers, you can add and track quality related information, including verification status, risk level, certifications, compliance actions and more to add supplier quality information, select the quality dashboard module under quality from the horizontal menu existing suppliers will already be listed to add a new supplier to the list, click the + supplier button company first, add the basic company details for the supplier the company name field is required you also have the option to add the company address and contact information click next qualification in this section, add any qualifications that the supplier has to add a qualification, click the toggle next to the type of qualification you want to add click the + upload button to upload the qualification from your files once you have uploaded all the certifications you wish to add, click save to save your progress, or click next to continue to the next step materials in the materials section, associate any materials provided by the supplier with the supplier, then add specifications for the materials click the + add material button select the sku of the material you want to associate from the list of your products and components to narrow the results, use the navigation row at the top to only display items from that category once you've selected the material, click the add button you can now add a specification for the material you selected click the add/view button in the specification column upload a specification document to associate with the material by clicking the + upload button, or select an existing specification from your system to link to click ok you can add additional materials to your list by clicking the + add material button again to remove a material from the list, click the trash can icon in the actions column once you've added all desired materials and specifications, click next requalification & assessment in this section, you can indicate how often the supplier should be reassessed, and record a risk level for the supplier enter to frequency for requalification in the supplier requalification frequency field select high, medium, or low from the dropdown in the risk level field click save the supplier and all of their associated quality information will now be accessible from the suppliers list view in the quality dashboard
